About Us

  • Company owner and Director Cory Sinclair has been in construction for 13 years and trade qualified for 10 years. Alongside his wife Victoria Sinclair they started CWS Construction in 2021 and are passionate about bringing clients dreams to reality and listening to what the client is wanting to achieve with their project.

    The CWS Team will provide you with a professional work manner and a high level of workmanship. We will manage a smooth build process for you and keep good communication from start to finish.

    We contracted CWS construction to build our Passive House in 2022. Passive House construction was new to us, and to CWS, but that didn't hold things back. Cory was great at suggesting ideas, or finding solutions to problems, and the build ran exceptionally smoothly. I wanted to pitch in and be involved in many aspects of the construction work, which I can imagine would be a nightmare for many builders, but this was no problem for Cory who was very accomodating, if perhaps a little bemused by some of my DIY skills and ideas.
