Owner
As the founder of CWS Construction, Cory is passionate about creating functional, beautiful homes that bring lasting joy to the people who live in them. For him, the most rewarding part of building is seeing the excitement and satisfaction on clients’ faces when their dream home becomes a reality.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys hunting, waterskiing, golfing, and spending quality time with his family. His favorite holiday destination is the islands, where he can relax and recharge in a laid-back, tropical setting.
Cory takes pride in the personal and friendly approach that defines CWS Construction — building strong relationships with clients and delivering homes that reflect their vision, values, and lifestyle.
Brodie
Foreman
Brodie plays a key role at CWS Construction, bringing a client-focused approach to every build. What he enjoys most about construction is working closely with clients and helping turn their vision into a reality. With a passion for craftsmanship and communication, Brodie ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him out hunting or hitting the trails on his mountain bike. A lover of travel, his favorite holiday destination is Japan — he’s inspired by the country’s remarkable architecture and the kindness of its people.
Brodie values the close-knit team culture at CWS Construction, where collaboration and trust are at the heart of every project.
Harry
Apprentice
Harry is an enthusiastic and hard-working apprentice who enjoys the variety that each day on the job brings. For him, the best part about building is the diverse range of work — no two days are the same, and that keeps things exciting.
Outside of work, Harry is passionate about rugby and enjoys staying active. His favorite holiday destination is Thailand, where he loves experiencing the rich culture and the endless variety of activities on offer.
Harry appreciates the strong team culture at CWS Construction, where everyone supports each other and works together to get the job done right.
Victoria
Administration
While Victoria might not be on the tools, she plays a vital role behind the scenes at CWS Construction. What she enjoys most is watching the transformation of a build — seeing the progress unfold over days and weeks, and admiring the incredible work the team produces.
Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys Pilates, playing netball, and catching up with friends over coffee and scenic walks. Her favourite getaway is Kaiteriteri, where the beautiful beaches, stunning scenery, and great coffee make it the perfect holiday spot.
Victoria loves being part of the CWS Construction team, where passion, commitment, and pride in workmanship drive every project. She values the strong team culture and the shared focus on delivering the best outcomes for every client.
